We guarantee safe arrival of our plants. If the plant arrives dead or damaged, please email us a picture of the damaged plant within 24 hours of delivery and we will send you a replacement plant. (buyer pays shipping costs) All trees are shipped 2-3 day USPS Priority Mail. Combined shipping discounts are figured automatically, 1st tree is full price, 2 or more trees ordered on the same invoice are 50% off the configured shipping charge. Prices for shipping are configured by distance from our zip code 98626. Our prices beat most online retailers and our shipping practices make our rare products available to all reaches of the continental USA + Hawaii.

Trees are growing in the pot size indicated, we then pull from pot, tease some of the soil away, wrap in a plastic bag, box and ship. We ship once a week Monday - Wednesday depending on weather and our schedule. We may delay shipping for 1 week around Holidays and extreme weather. All of our trees are hardened off outside the greenhouse environment at zone 8a before shipping.

We reserve the right to selectively prune all plant material before shipping. We typically only do this for the faster growing maples. We strongly encourage you prune your maples to promote proper branching and structure.
